The C1 is designed to combat one of the major property crimes in the United States, Graffiti. An estimated $12 Billion (www.cops.usdoj.gov) is spent a year on cleaning up graffiti in the United States. The C1 can also deter and notify law enforcement to remote illegal border crossings, illegal dumping and other property crimes such as vandalism, copper thefts, burglaries in warehouse districts and railroad yards.
